We have created a 200hr and will soon have a 300hr training that are Yoga Alliance approved and recognised. Our New Zealand 200hr Yoga teachers training on Waiheke Island is split up into three modules for your convenience and benefit. The modules are immersive but still allow you the very real benefit of being able to practice and teach in between modules. We offer residential accommodation or you are welcome to come daily.

Our yoga teacher training is one of the most comprehensive courses available. We offer a traditional look into the world of yoga, teaching the richness of yoga as a lifestyle. We believe in the benefits of this ancient science so embrace all of these aspects within our training. As well as all main asanas, you will cover pranayama, meditation, mudra, mantra, shatkarmas, philosophy and more. If it is yogic we have you covered.

Premaloka, your head trainer, has lived a life in yoga since childhood and is truly passionate about passing her wisdom on in the most authentic heart-based way possible.

Accommodation: includes 20 nights of accommodation at Palm Beach and one meal a day.
