Join Premaloka Anand on Monday the 5th of February for an evening of connecting to your Prana Shakti and discover Jangalikayamane, your Jungle Physician.
Harness your power to direct Prana and explore the practice of Prana Vidya to heal and transform yourself.
In this experiential workshop we will prepare ourselves to receive direction through a series of techniques including Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas, Crystal Bowl sound healing, Nidra Vidya and lastly Prana Vidya (Pranic healing technique).
There will be a light meal served in the middle of the evening and cacao.
Transfers are available from the Ferry.
