Harness your power to direct Prana and explore the practice of Prana Vidya to heal and transform yourself

In this experiential Workshop, we will prepare ourselves to receive direction through a series of techniques including, Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas, Crystal Bowl sound healing, Nidra Vida, and lastly, Prana Vidya ( pranic healing technique )

There will be a light meal served in the middle of the evening and cacao.
